1. Agreement
By engaging Linkora ("we", "us") for any service, you ("client") agree to these terms. Custom contracts override this document where applicable.
2. Services
We provide SEO, guest posting, link building, niche edit, outreach, and related digital marketing services. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in your project proposal.
3. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable upfront via Stripe, PayPal, or wire transfer. Late payments may pause active campaigns.
4. Deliverables & Timelines
Most placements deliver within 14–28 days. We rely on third-party publishers, and timelines may shift based on their editorial calendars. We keep you informed throughout.
5. Replacement Guarantee
Qualifying placements include a 12-month replacement guarantee. If a link is removed by the publisher within that window, we replace it on a comparable site at no cost.
6. Refunds
Work delivered or in progress is non-refundable. If we fail to deliver agreed deliverables, you may request a credit or partial refund for the undelivered portion.
7. Ranking Disclaimer
SEO outcomes depend on factors beyond our control (search algorithms, competition, on-site quality). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue, though we work hard to maximize them.
8. Confidentiality
We keep client websites, target keywords, and campaign data confidential and never share them with third parties beyond what is required to fulfill your project.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
